About Sample and Cost
Usually we supply some free samples ( total value under 5 USD) if you have a Fedex, DHL, or TNT freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight

If total sample value over 5 USD, please pay for the sample cost and courier freight to our office. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

We do not deal with those who just talk. please don't mind the sample charge. if you want the samples, please pay the sample fee and delivery fee, and all that will be paid back when you order the products. We do not use printed catalogues. Please use our web for your reference.

How Can I Place an Order?　
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice with bank details for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong, need this info when freight collected )

Payment Terms
Cash; L/C at sight; Wire Transfer(T/T); Western Union

About Customize Logo or Package
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, you can send us the artwork by email in AI, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( not less than 300 pels ).

Shipment
For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders which weight is from 100 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation. We have experienced forwarders to ship the goods out, they have long term agreement with us, they can offer fast,safe and cheaper service.

What's the Warranty of Your Products ?
1 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products.

How Can We Become Your Sole Distributor ?
If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
